By making use of GoGreen Deliveries, you accept:
Limitations on Liability & Liabilities Not assumed – GoGreen Deliveries’ liability damage to your packages is limited to your actual damage or $50.00, whichever is less, unless you declare a higher value at the time the order is placed, and the additional insurance charges are paid. If you declare a higher value and pay the additional insurance charge, our liability will be the lesser of your declared value of your package.
In any event, GoGreen Deliveries will not be liable for any damages whether direct, incidental, or consequential in excess of the declared value of a shipment, whether or not our employees had knowledge that such damages might be incurred including but not limited to loss of income or profits.
GoGreen Deliveries will not be liable for your acts or omissions including, but not limited to improper or insufficient packaging, securing, marking or addressing, or for the acts or omissions of the recipient or anyone else with interest in the package. We will also not be liable if you or your recipient violates any of the terms of this document. GoGreen Deliveries, will not be liable for loss of or damage to shipments of items prohibited by law.
GoGreen Deliveries will not be liable for loss, damage or delay caused by events we cannot control, including but not limited to local traffic conditions, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, acts of God, civic commotions or acts of omission of public authorties (including customs and quarantine officials) with actual apparent authority. GoGreen deliveries will assume no liability for loss, damage to “extraordinary value” items, which include but are not limited to jewelry, furs, artwork, precious metals, cash, and negotiable instruments.
GoGreen Deliveries will not be liable for any loss or claim due to a late delivery shipment.
Responsibility for Packaging: GoGreen Deliveries will not be responsible for packaging goods. The customer is responsible for adequately packaging all shipments. We will not be held responsible for concealed damage, or damage to goods not boxed or properly packaged.
Filing a Claim: All claims must be made and received by GoGreen Deliveries at their legal address at 2125 S Priest Dr #304, Tempe, AZ 85282 within 48 hours of the delivery in which the loss or damage has occurred. Claims must be made in writing along with the receipt for the damaged goods.
If the recipient accepts your package without noting any damage on the delivery record, GoGreen Deliveries will assume the package was delivered in good condition. In order for us to process your claim, you must, make the original shipping cartons available for inspection.
Dry Runs: An order which is not canceled prior to the arrival of a driver will be charged an origination fee of anywhere from $20-$50 depending on the nature of the delivery.
Payments: All bills are due within 10 days of the date of each invoice. A late charge will be added to all amount not paid within 30 days from the date of invoice at the rate of two percent (2%) per month or twenty four percent (24%) per year. Payment of an invoice is the sole responsibility of an individual or company whose account is used by any unauthorized entity.
Other Charges
- Wait time/Load time – A 10 minute wait/load time is included in our price. There is an additional $5 per each 10 minute interval of waiting time thereafter.
- Excess Weight – First 50 pounds are included. Additional $.10 for each additional pound over 50 lbs is charged.
- Additional Pieces to Same Location – A $5 charge for each additional piece to the same address not exceeding the same size dimentions or weight.
- Oversized Packages – An additional $ charge for all oversized boxes (90 inches in length and girth combined)
- Airport Terminal Pick-Up & Delivery – Additional $10 shopping mall, casinos, apartment complex, college campus, may incur a $5 fee.
- Pallet Rate (Local or Extended) – Check rate sheet for fees.
- Mileage – Check rate sheet for long haul fees.
- Returned Check Charges – $30 per transaction
General Information
GoGreen Inventory
GoGreen Deliveries is going to be utilizing RF Scan Inventory System. This system enables GoGreen Deliveries
to have up to the minute inventory figures at our fingertips through a bar-coding system. This convenience is then passed on to our customers who are able to see their current and accurate available inventory via GoGreen Deliveries’ website.
Credit Policies
GoGreen Deliveries is currently accepting Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express, in addition to corporate accounts.
GoGreen Deliveries also will accept credit applications and extend credit to customers based on past history. The credit policies will vary by company but will not exceed not 30 days.
